At La Passion du Parfum, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.
1. RETURN WINDOW
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
2. FRAGRANCES
For product-integrity, hygiene, and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, used, or altered are generally not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or a return is otherwise required by applicable law.
Please make sure you are purchasing the correct fragrance and size before opening the product.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging when possible.
If we confirm that the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you on an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.
4. STARTING A RETURN
Before sending any product back, contact us at:

Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Returns sent to us without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to our error or an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when the return results from our error.
6. REFUNDS
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Except where required by applicable law, we generally cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or used fragrances
• Fragrances that have been sprayed or tested
• Products not returned in their original condition
• Products missing original packaging or components
• Items damaged after delivery through misuse or improper handling
• Gift cards
8. EXCHANGES
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us so we can determine the appropriate resolution.
For other eligible products, please contact us before returning the item if you would prefer an exchange.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
10. SHIPPING CARRIER ISSUES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of La Passion du Parfum, including carrier delays, misrouting, loss, theft after confirmed delivery, or damage occurring during transportation.
La Passion du Parfum is not responsible for delays or other delivery issues caused solely by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where responsibility is required by applicable law.
If an order is lost or damaged while in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the circumstances and, when appropriate, assist with filing a claim or contacting the carrier.
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, or building management and contact the carrier. You may also contact us for assistance.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
